Below 14km Sinop guns start becoming surgical and if you get too close, you will be deleted unless you are a Colorado or Gneisenau (Also Bismarck). Try and citadel a similiar tier USN and German ships with Sinop. I may have to adapt my play style and see what happens. It just seems for me the Sinop has the upper hand in a full "delete" in comparison to the Colorado, Bismarck, New Mex, Queen Eliz, Fuso.
